The staff does a wonderful job of keeping detailed notes, which helps ensure your appointment is smooth and efficient. Everyone on the team works well together, and it’s clear they have a good system in place—it's always the same familiar faces. Unlike other places where the staff keeps changing and no one seems to know what's happening, here you can feel confident that things are well-organized. I highly recommend this place! Plus, they always make sure you’re not waiting longer than five minutes in the waiting room, which is so refreshing.

I’ve been a patient here for some time and generally like the dentist and staff, which is why this experience was disappointing. The crown on my implant has now fallen out three times. This was the first time I was charged, with the explanation that it related to my deductible. However, had the crown not failed again, there would have been no charge — so it felt unfair to pay due to a recurring issue. A staff member explained that the work is not guaranteed and that the crown may be coming loose because I have fewer teeth and may be placing extra pressure on it. While I appreciate the explanation, this is something I feel should have been anticipated, discussed, and addressed earlier — especially after multiple failures. After three occurrences, I expected more support rather than continued repairs and added costs. I left feeling disappointed and less confident in the long-term reliability of the work.

He is kind, patient, and takes the time to explain procedures clearly, which makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. The office is always spotless, and the entire staff is professional and welcoming. From start to finish, the experience reflects a genuine commitment to quality care and patient comfort. Dr brown and staff are fantastic. Very gentle and thorough care and communication on treatment. Excellent for pediatric care as well. Very accommodating for kids. My two daughters love coming and ask when they get to come back!

I am generally a very patient person who prefers to give others the benefit of the doubt, but my family’s recent experiences at North Point Dental have been disappointing and I decide to share: Clinical Care & Communication: In February, I came in for a regular checkup and a consultation regarding a molar that was sensitive to biting. I was told a crown was the "easy fix" for potential cracked tooth syndrome as that molar had a 10 years old filling. I left feeling optimistic. However, after the temporary crown was placed, the tooth remained sensitive to biting and developed a new sensitivity to cold. When I brought up these warning signs, they were brushed off as a normal part of the recovery process. The permanent crown was cemented anyway. After two follow-up visits for bite adjustments—where my pain was again minimized and attributed to potential teeth grinding—the doctor finally suggested I see an endodontist if it didn't improve. I did, and I immediately required a root canal. This meant drilling a hole through my brand-new crown. Had the practice slowed down, listened to my symptoms, and checked the health of the nerve before permanently cementing the crown, this could have
